We keep this simple, because we'd rather you keep the service than keep a fee.
Free first run
The first report from your export is free. No card is taken and nothing is charged, whether or not you continue.
Monthly plan
Within 30 days of your first payment: full refund on request, no explanation needed.
After 30 days: cancel any time; the current month is not refunded, future months are never charged.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; your data is deleted per the DPA.
Annual plan
Within 30 days: full refund.
After 30 days: pro-rata refund of unused complete months on request.
What we may charge for
Bespoke work you approve in writing (e.g. custom integrations, migration, multi-site rollout) is quoted and billed separately and is not covered by this policy.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with your invoice or account name and the word REFUND or CANCEL. We confirm within [2] business days and process refunds to the original payment method within [10] business days. If your payment was processed by a merchant of record, we action the refund from our side and their timelines apply.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer or contract law.
